Thursday February 19th

An evening of bold pours, rich flavors, and smooth jazz awaits.

Join us for Smoke & Oak, an immersive bourbon dinner experience at The Wine Barrel in collaboration with Triumph Cigars. This curated four-course menu is thoughtfully paired with exceptional whiskey and bourbon selections — designed to complement every smoky, savory, and indulgent bite.

The night begins family-style with smoked beer cheese, sliced kielbasa, and warm pretzel bites paired with Powers Irish Whiskey.

A Baby Wedge Salad follows, layered with candied pecans, bacon, and smoked blue cheese dressing alongside Cooks Mill Bourbon.

For the main course, a 10oz smoked ribeye finished with bourbon demi-glaze, truffled smashed fingerling potatoes, and bourbon maple carrots is paired with Redwood Empire Lost Monarch.

We close the evening with a decadent Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie, served with vanilla ice cream and paired with Rabbit Hole Dareringer PX.

Throughout the evening, enjoy live jazz and premium cigar offerings from Triumph Cigars to complete the full Smoke & Oak experience.
